Survival in Remoteness

Kindness:

Telling Our Shared Story of Survival

A World Where Everyone Eats to Live!

In a world where 828 million people face hunger daily (FAO, 2021), survival isn’t guaranteed—it’s earned through kindness. Remoteness is a social charity platform that connects KindViva (those who give) with SubViva (those who need) to ensure everyone eats to live. Inspired by Francis B. Isugu’s book, Kindness that Moves the Gods, we believe human society thrives not on competition, but on collaboration. Join us as we count down to our launch in October 2026, and let’s make hunger a thing of the past.

About Remoteness: Kindness in Action

Remoteness is more than a platform—it’s a movement to redefine survival through kindness. Rooted in the philosophy of Kindness that Moves the Gods, we reject the idea of a “eat or be eaten” world. Instead, we champion a society where feeding each other ensures we all thrive.

How It Works

KindViva Users: Independent individuals pledge small daily contributions (e.g., $5) to support meals, earning 4–5 stars for their kindness.

SubViva Users: Those in need post photos of their meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), earning 1–4 stars for engagement and survival.

Transparency: A gamified star-rating system tracks kindness and survival, with AI-verified purchases ensuring every dollar feeds someone.

Community: Connect with others in your group (KindViva or SubViva) to share stories, host events, and inspire hope.

Our goal? Launch in the Founder's City, Lagos, Nigeria]in October 2026, supporting 500 users and scaling to 1 million by 2035. Together, we’ll feed millions and prove that kindness moves the gods—and the world.

Where Survival Meets Kindness

Food to the Hungry and Water to the Thirsty

Stories of Kindness and Survival

Inspired by Kindness that Moves the Gods, these stories reflect the heart of Remoteness.

Story 1: A Meal That Changed a Life

In Lagos, Aisha, a single mother, struggled to feed her children. With no income, survival felt out of reach. Then, a kind stranger’s $5 contribution bought her family a week’s worth of rice. “That meal wasn’t just food—it was hope,” Aisha says. Remoteness will make stories like hers a daily reality, connecting kind hearts to those in need.

Story 2: The Power of One Act

Chinedu, a teacher in Owerri, gave $1 daily to feed a neighbor. “I didn’t know her name, but I knew she was hungry,” he shares. His small act sparked a chain of kindness, inspiring others to give. Remoteness will amplify these acts, turning one meal into millions.

Why Survival Needs Kindness

Hunger isn’t just a lack of food—it’s a lack of connection. In Kindness that Moves the Gods, Francis writes, “Humans were designed to depend on each other until they can stand alone.”

Remoteness brings this truth to life:

Survival: Feeding is the first step to living, ensuring health and hope.

Kindness: Every contribution, no matter how small, proves we’re not a wilderness of predators but a community of carers.

Impact: By 2125, we aim to feed 1 billion people annually, reducing global hunger by 50%.
